Easy Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups
My daughter is a huge fan of Reese’s peanut butter cup and we buy them once in a while. Now once in a while because one, they are imported and therefore expensive and two, the ones we bought were mostly out of shape because they had melted. And it’s one of those days when we bought these out of shape Reese’s that I wondered why not make it at home.
Looked up a few recipes, got the drift and made these super easy and super delicious peanut butter cups in no time. Do try them as they are really irresistible!

Easy Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups
These easy, no-bake and delicious homemade peanut butter cups will be loved by all.
Equipment
- Muffin mould
Ingredients
- 110 gms Dark chocolate
- 110 gms Milk chocolate
- 8 tbsp Butter melted
- ½ cup Peanut butter
Instructions
- Prepare 8 paper cupcakes liners, set them in the muffin mould.
- Chop the chocolates and place into a heatproof bowl, add 5 tablespoon melted butter.
- Set the bowl over a pot with simmering water (double boiler). Melt the chocolate completely, turn the heat off, leave the bowl on the pot to keep the chocolate warm and melted.
- In a separate bowl mix together peanut butter with the remaining melted butter.
- Fill each muffin cup with 1-2 tablespoons of melted chocolate and place in the freezer for 15 minutes, until set. Then, pour 1-2 teaspoons of the peanut butter mixture to each cup and place in the freezer for another 15 minutes. Then, pour another portion of melted chocolate on the top of the peanut butter layer. Place in the fridge until set.
