Calamari Rings

Calamari rings are something we often order when we go to a cafe or a restaurant, if it’s on the menu. But what we mostly get are rubbery calamari rings. And rubbery calamari is so disheartening! As time passed we stopped ordering them and a couple of times I made them at home, they were a bit rubbery . Slowly I abandoned the idea of making calamari. And then one day I came across the recipe of calamari rings by Dinner At The Zoo.

She mentioned to marinate the calamari rings in buttermilk and that it would make them soft and not rubbery. I tried her recipe and have to tell you I got the most soft and delicious calamari rings ever! This recipe works like a charm! If you love calamari rings like me then this recipe is a must try!
