Bourbon-Glazed Ribs

Hands down the most easiest and the most tastiest ribs recipe ever! And why not, this is from the domestic goddess Nigella Lawson. Made them for the first time for our Christmas lunch two years back. Reading the recipe I was very apprehensive as it contained neither salt nor spice , but instead contained sugar!!

I thought, let me blindly follow Nigella and see where it leads me. It was a, put everything in a ziplock bag and marinate kind of recipe. So I marinated the ribs and roasted them the next day. And they were heavenly! It was delicious, sticky, rich in flavour and the meat was tender. This recipe is a keeper!
